the article talk about the changes the census need to do about the race to ¨mestizo¨ or ¨mulato¨ because is reflect different skin tones and thei not consideret the hispanic as a race.

I think that in some aspects these people interviewed are right, since were other countries like for example Alaska that asked to him if he were Indian or natural. Why for the Puerto Ricans they could not do the same. Since in Puerto Rico there are diverse mixtures of races.
